In every project   I engage in my usual process usually relies on understanding the business and user objectives of the project. From there I will identify their target audiences and build user personas around them. Once you’ve identified the users, you can start building use cases around them to form a user flow. Once completed you can identify problematic areas and build solutions to pain points. These solutions will now be the features of the project that you can present to the stakeholders to get approval. After that, the design process starts up to the prototyping. From there user testing comes in to get feedback so that it can be refined to an intuitive and seamless user experience.
